Open Graph Checker

Analyze your page's Open Graph and Twitter Card meta tags. Ensure your content looks great when shared on social media.

What are Open Graph Tags?

Open Graph (OG) tags are meta tags placed in the HTML head section that control how your content appears when shared on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. They define the title, description, image, and URL that appear in the social media card.

Twitter has its own meta tag system called Twitter Cards. While Twitter can fall back to Open Graph tags, using dedicated Twitter Card tags gives you more control over how your content appears on the platform.

Having well-configured social meta tags is essential for maximizing engagement when your content is shared. A compelling image, clear title, and descriptive summary can significantly increase click-through rates from social media.
